Mini Aces (Ages 4-6 years old)
Schedule:
Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm-6:15pm
A high-energy, engaging introduction to tennis designed to build a passion for the game through fun and success on court.
What We Work On:
⚬ Fundamental motor skills and hand-eye coordination
⚬ Basic stroke development (forehand, backhand, volley)
⚬ Athletic movement and balance using low-compression red balls
⚬ Learning basic court boundaries and introductory game rules
Youth Smashers (Ages 7-9 years old)
Schedule:
Wednesday: 3:45pm-5:00pm
Friday: 4:00pm-5:15pm
Focused on building solid technique, stroke consistency, and confident court movement in an encouraging group environment.
What We Work On:
⚬ Proper racket path, contact points, and stance fundamentals
⚬ Orange and green ball rally consistency and depth control
⚬ Overhand serving technique and return fundamentals
⚬ Basic match-play rules, scoring, and court positioning
Junior Ralliers (Ages 10-14 years old)
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 3:45pm-5:00pm
Tailored for intermediate junior players looking to transition from basic rally mechanics to structured point play and competitive strategy.
What We Work On:
⚬ Live-ball rally control, directional accuracy, and topspin mechanics
⚬ Dynamic footwork, split-steps, and efficient court recovery
⚬ Constructing points, recognize short balls, and net approach play
⚬ Singles and doubles match strategies under live pressure
Competition I (Level Based)
Schedule:
Monday and Wednesday: 5:00pm-6:30pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 3:45pm-5:00pm
A fast-paced, high-intensity training clinic designed for dedicated players competing in UTR/USTA tournaments or preparing for high school varsity.
What We Work On:
⚬ High-volume drilling and pattern-of-play execution
⚬ Advanced serve placement, second-serve reliability, and aggressive returns
⚬ Tactical decision-making and shot selection under pressure
⚬ Mental toughness, competitive resilience, and match analysis
Competition II (Level Based)
Schedule:
Tuesday to Thursday 5:00pm-6:30pm (Tennis) | 6:30pm-7:30pm (Gym)
A complete 2.5-hour training block combining 90 minutes of advanced court tactics with a 60-minute integrated physical conditioning session.
What We Work On:
⚬ On-Court (1.5 Hours): Live-ball pressure scenarios, advanced point construction, situational match play, and weapon development.
⚬ Off-Court Gym (1 Hour): Speed, agility, lateral quickness, core strength, explosion, and tennis-specific injury prevention.
